Is 1 long session enough, or are 2 shorter session better?
For many men, it's better to work in 2 sessions. These sessions give you the roadmap and tools. If you need more support after, you can book additional sessions or move to the full programme.
What if I relapse between sessions?
We'll address it in Session 2. No judgment, just course-correction.
Do I need to stop porn before Session 1?
No. We create your exit strategy together, then you stop with a clear plan.
