What is Sex Therapy?

Sex therapy is a supportive, confidential space to explore challenges with intimacy, desire, arousal, identity, sexual pain, and emotional blocks. It’s not about performance—it’s about connection, honesty, and growth.

Couples therapy focuses on healing the dynamics in your relationship, improving communication, rebuilding trust, and finding intimacy again.

You don’t have to be in crisis to begin. You just have to be curious.

How a Session Works

  • 45-60 minute sessions

  • Individual or Couples

  • In-person (Toulouse, Jean Jaurès), online or via message

  • No nudity or physical touch

  • Tailored to you, at your pace

 

In the first session, we focus on understanding your story, your challenges, and your desires. Every journey is unique.

Pricing

  • ​Individual session: €55

  • Couples session: €110

  • Payment by card or transfer. Not reimbursed by French social security.
