No. This programme is for men experiencing anxiety-driven arousal disruption — even if erections work sometimes.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Everything stays between us.
Will we focus on techniques to maintain erections?
No. We focus on reducing anxiety and restoring regulation. Erections stabilise as a result, not as a target.
Is this sex therapy or sex coaching?
It’s structured, therapeutic coaching grounded in sex therapy principles. Practical, direct, and confidential.
Do I need to involve my partner?
No. This is individual work. Many men prefer to start privately.
